Fiqh is the practical science of how Islam is lived day to day. This course covers the acts of worship every Muslim performs, grounded in classical Shafi'i texts but taught in plain language.

By the end you will:

• Perform Taharah and Salah with confidence in the rulings behind them
• Understand the conditions of Zakah, Sawm and Hajj
• Know where scholars differ, and why

Anyone who wants the reasoning behind practices they already follow. No Arabic is required.

Taught by Ustadha Maryam Ibrahim, who holds a degree from Al-Azhar University and specialises in jurisprudence and Arabic linguistics.

Ten weeks, one live session per week. Recordings stay available for the duration of the course.
